• Lead hardware design and development across the full product lifecycle, including schematic capture, layout, validation, production, and compliance with industry standards.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, sales, etc.) to design mixed-signal circuits, improve FPGA/SoC designs, and ensure high-performance, reliable products.
  
• Qualifications & expectations: strong hardware design experience, DSP and embedded knowledge, hands-on prototyping/lab work, Altium Designer expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH
