When will my order ship?
At Radenso we pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment. All orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.
Shipping Methods
Continental United States - We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all orders over $100.00 within the continental United States. Upgraded FedEx shipping is available at an extra charge shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Canada, New Zealand (accessories only) - We offer USPS for all orders. Your shipping charge is automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
FedEx Home Delivery - arrives in 1-5 business days
FedEx 2 Day - arrives in two business days (excludes weekends)
FedEx 2 Day AM - arrives in two business days (excludes weekends, morning delivery)
FedEx Express Saver - arrives within three business days (excludes weekends)
FedEx First Overnight - arrives the next business day (includes Saturday, morning delivery)
FedEx Priority Overnight - arrives the next business day by 10am
FedEx Standard Overnight - arrives the next business day by end of day (excludes weekends)

Please note: Depending on your shipping address, not all FedEx expedited delivery options may be available. Shipping Territory Due to distribution agreements, Radenso cannot ship our core products directly to Canada or New Zealand, only accessories and clothing. We also do not ship to Russia or the UAE. Please research all applicable laws in your local jurisdictions before ordering.
When do I receive tracking information?
You will receive tracking information automatically through e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
Can you ship my order without signature confirmation?
We require signature delivery for all orders over $100 to ensure our customers receive their highly valuable products. We cannot make any exceptions. You will be responsible for contacting USPS or FedEx to update your delivery address or have your package held at a FedEx or USPS location for pickup if needed.
Why can't you ship to a P.O. Boxes, shipping center or forwarding companies?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to requiring your signature on delivery. FedEx does not offer PO box delivery at this time.
We cannot ship to shipping centers or forwarding companies because we are unable to require your signature and this breaks our distributor agreements.
Shipping Fees
Associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are not refundable.
Lost or stolen packages
Radenso is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Once your item has shipped, you will need to reach out to the carrier specifically regarding any shipment related issues.
