MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to love our products purchased from Radenso.com. If at any time within 30 days of placing your order, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Any items missing will be deducted from your total refund. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are not refundable. Radenso is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. NOTE: this guarantee only applies to orders placed on Radenso website at Radenso.com.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you purchased your product directly from Radenso.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise after it has been inspected and tested. Note: Shipping and landed costs are not refundable and will not be credited back, see the Radenso Shipping Policy for more info.

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Radenso Support. You must have an RMA # before you return a package. Packages without an RMA # will not be accepted.

  2. Safely package products along with a printed copy of the RMA form that was emailed to you.

  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  4. When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the return is processed.

  5. In order to be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off to the carrier within seven days of requesting an RMA. Late returns will not be accommodated.

  6. Upon receipt of your package, and pending approval, the cost of the item will be refunded via the same method used to purchase the product.

WARRANTY REPAIR & SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

Radenso will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. At Radenso's discretion, Radenso will cover shipping costs.

  1. Before sending anything to Radenso, please contact our Support Team by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom right of the main Support Page.

  2. If our Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

  3. Prepare a package to return to Radenso.

  4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send it to the mailing address provided by Radenso Support.

  5. Note: Please do not hand deliver your product to our office, even if you are local. We are not set up to receive visitors. Thank you!

Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned back to the shipper.
