We want you to love our products purchased from Radenso.com. If at any time within 30 days of placing your order, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Any items missing will be deducted from your total refund. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are not refundable. Radenso is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. When will my order ship?
At Radenso we pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment. All orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

Shipping Methods
Continental United States - We offer free FedEx ground shipping for all orders over $100.00 within the continental United States. Expedited FedEx shipping is available at an extra charge shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Canada, New Zealand (accessories only) - We offer USPS for all orders. Your shipping charge is automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

FedEx 2 Day - arrives in two business days (excludes weekends)
FedEx 2 Day AM - arrives in two business days (excludes weekends, morning delivery)
FedEx Express Saver - arrives within three business days (excludes weekends)

Please note: Depending on your shipping address, not all FedEx expedited delivery options may be available. Shipping Territory Due to distribution agreements, Radenso cannot ship our core products directly to Canada or New Zealand, only accessories and clothing. We also do not ship to Russia or the UAE. When do I receive tracking information?
You will receive tracking information automatically through e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

Can you ship my order without signature confirmation?
We require signature delivery for all orders over $100 to ensure our customers receive their highly valuable products. We cannot make any exceptions. You will need to contact FedEx Customer Service if you need to change your delivery date/time or to schedule your pick up the shipment at a FedEx location.

Why can't you ship to a P.O. Boxes, shipping center or forwarding companies?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to requiring your signature on delivery. We cannot ship to shipping centers or forwarding companies because we are unable to require your signature and this breaks our distributor agreements.

PRE-ORDER AND BACKORDER POLICY

What are Pre-Order and Backorder items?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new products before the official launch date. Backorders are products that are temporarily out of stock but are available for purchase on our site. For this reason, we have allowed customers to reserve these items by placing pre-orders or backorders. Order and pay now and we will ship it when it comes in. We fill all pre-orders and backorders in the order they are received. By ordering early you will be earlier in line when it comes to getting a highly sought-after item. We also ship pre-orders and backorders in the order they were received. This means your order will ship out before orders for the same item placed once the item is in stock. Pre-orders and backorders can only be ordered on our web site to ensure your place in line. We cannot take phone orders for pre-orders and backorders.

Do you require prepayment for a Pre-Order and Backorder items?
Yes. When you place an order for a pre-order or backorder item, we process full payment for the item(s) the same as we process payments for in-stock items. Payment guarantees your place in line, so you receive the item at the earliest possible date.

Can I cancel an order for a Pre-Order and Backorder Item?
Yes. Pre-Orders and Backorders may be cancelled for full refund at any time before they are shipped. If you have already received tracking information, your order has already been shipped. Please contact Radenso support with your order information and cancelation request. Please keep in mind if you cancel your pre-order or backorder, you will lose your place in line as you will need to place a new pre-order or backorder.

If I order multiple items, will the in-stock items ship immediately?
No. In Stock Items ordered with pre-order and backorder items will be held and all items will ship together. If you want in-stock items to ship immediately, you will need to place two orders. One for the in-stock items only and one for the Pre-Order or Backorder items.

When will my Pre-Order or Backordered Item ship?
Pre-Order items will ship on the day posted on the product description page.

Backordered Items ship within three business days of arrival at our warehouse. An estimated shipping time is posted on the item description page. All our backorder dates are approximate. Depending on the volume of orders, your place in line, ship time can be longer than estimated. We cannot guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship backorder items as soon as they are available. Orders are shipped on a first come first served basis.

Will I receive notification when my order ships?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. You will also be notified by e-mail when your order ships including the tracking number.

RADENSO E-GIFT CARDS

Radenso E-Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and no expiration date. Please note: physical gift cards are not created or mailed.

Nonreturnable and not for resale.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Radenso E-Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of Radenso E-Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you purchased your product directly from Radenso.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise after it has been inspected and tested. Note: Shipping and landed costs are not refundable and will not be credited back, see the Radenso Shipping Policy for more info. Radenso is not responsible for lost or stolen orders being returned.

1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Radenso Support. You must have an RMA # before you return a package. Packages without an RMA # will not be accepted.

2. Safely package products along with a printed copy of the RMA form that was emailed to you.

3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

4. When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the return is processed.

5. In order to be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off to the carrier within seven days of requesting an RMA. Late returns will not be accommodated.

6. Upon receipt of your package, and pending approval, the cost of the item will be refunded via the same method used to purchase the product.

WARRANTY REPAIR & SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

Radenso will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. At Radenso's discretion, Radenso will cover shipping costs.

1. Before sending anything to Radenso, please contact our Support Team by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom right of the main Support Page.

2. If our Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

3. Prepare a package to return to Radenso.

4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send it to the mailing address provided by Radenso Support.

5. Note: Please do not hand deliver your product to our office, even if you are local. We are not set up to receive visitors. Thank you!

Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned back to the shipper.

Radenso products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase shown on your invoice/proof of purchase from Radenso.com or a Radenso authorized dealer. Radenso's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Radenso's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, modification of hardware or software, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Radenso assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Radenso be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Radenso windshield radar detector products are not warrantied against water or any resulting damage. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees. Radenso reserves the right to refuse to perform warranty service where the product has been altered, modified, or serviced by someone other than Radenso or where the serial number has been tampered with or is missing and the product cannot be identified. Your warranty covers only the specific product you have purchased. What you must do to maintain and take advantage of this warranty: Provide a copy of the original proof of purchase/receipt from Radenso.com or your Radenso Authorized Dealer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does NOT cover (1) damage to the product due to accident, neglect, misuse, fire, water, failure, damage or fluctuation of vehicles electrical system including but not limited to the battery, alternator, etc., damage resulting from batteries and/or accessories not manufactured by Radenso, or attachments: (2) Service which is required to comply with changes in the laws or regulations of any governmental body or agency; (3) Service performed by personnel other than Radenso personnel. Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non-authorized dealer or was sold as used.

Limitation of Warranty: except as expressly provided herein, you are acquiring the product "as is" and "where is", without representation or warranty. Radenso specifically disclaims any representation or warranty including, but not limited to those concerning the merchantability and suitability of the product for a particular purpose. Radenso shall not be liable for consequential, special, or incidental damages including, without limitation, damages arising out of the use, misuse or mounting of the product.

The above limitations or exclusions shall be limited to the extent they violate the laws of any state. Radenso is not responsible for products lost in shipment between the owner and our service center. The included Radenso warranty is non-transferable.

RADENSO ULTIMATE EDITION & ULTIMATE EDITION 2.0 LIMITED WARRANTY

Radenso products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects five (5) years for the Radenso Ultimate Edition (U.S. and Canada) and a lifetime for the Radenso Ultimate Edition 2.0. Warranty starts from the original date of purchase shown on your invoice/proof of purchase from the Radenso authorized Platinum dealer. Radenso's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Radenso's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, modification of hardware or software, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Radenso assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Radenso be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.

Radenso radar detector products are not warrantied against water or any resulting damage. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees. Radenso reserves the right to refuse to perform warranty service where the product has been altered, modified, or serviced by someone other than Radenso or where the serial number has been tampered with or is missing and the product cannot be identified. Your warranty covers only the specific kit you have purchased. 

Warranty is only valid for the original owner, but warranty is only transferrable between vehicles under the same ownership and the removal and installation is done by a Platinum dealer. 

What you must do to maintain and take advantage of this warranty: Any warranty work needed would need to be taken to a Radenso Platinum Dealer.

RADENSO 2 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY & TICKET FREE GUARANTEE

Warranty terms and coverages for our 2 Year Extended Warranty are the same as our included, with a few exceptions, listed below. Please refer to our Standard Warranty for details, coverage information, limitations, and exclusions.
The Radenso 2 Year Warranty must be purchased within your 1 year included warranty. The Radenso 2 Year Extended warranty begins once your original warranty has expired. The extended warranty ends three years from the date on your invoice and/or proof of purchase. The extended warranty can be purchased for any Radenso windshield radar detector as long it is purchased new from a authorized Radenso dealer.

The Radenso 2 Year Extended Warranty is an online purchase only. No physical product or documentation will be mailed to you. You will receive a e-mail receipt showing your purchase of the extended warranty. Your order number of your purchased extended warranty and original proof of purchase of your Radenso product is required to file an extended warranty claim. The extended warranty is non-transferable to other radar detectors and becomes invalid upon owner transfer/sale of radar detector to the new owner. Accessories sold separately are not covered under the 2-Year Extended Warranty. Your windshield radar detector must be in proper operating condition on the date of purchase of the Radenso 2 Year Extended Warranty plan. The Radenso 2 Year Extended Warranty is only available for windshield radar detectors.
