Radenso & COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus)

We wanted to let you know that Radenso has made changes to our normal procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and comply with Ohio Governor DeWine’s order to reduce to “Minimum Basic Operations." Radenso support, sales, engineering, and management are working from home for the foreseeable future.
Radenso customer and dealer support will continue uninterrupted with our normal hours. Dealer and all direct sales on our website, www.radenso.com, will also continue. We have implemented single-person sanitary, contact less parcel fulfillment to prevent any possibility of virus transmission. While in most cases orders will ship as usual, please understand that due to the limitation of single-person fulfillment and the increased time that sanitary precautions take, we may not be able to guarantee same day shipping. Similarly, there may be a slight delay while processing returns and warranty replacements since support staff is working from home and will not be allowed to enter the office while any employees are present. We believe this is worth it to ensure the safety of our employees and the general public.
We urge all of our friends, customers, and community members to remain vigilant about hygiene and to avoid going out in public whenever possible. Be safe and we will get through this together.
